Description
This edition of the Hell of the Notts explores the farm tracks, bridleways and quiet byways to the north of Nottinghamshire. It’s a lot quieter (and flatter) than our rides out into the Peak District, but is somewhere that’s often overlooked by riders and is a gem of a place to ride.
This virtual event starts and finishes in Worksop. There’s a choice of two distances – the Imperial at around 100 miles or the Metric at 100 km. The Metric explores where the county the borders Lincolnshire and South Yorkshire and the Imperial heads further north still up onto the Isle of Axholme.
Not only will you get a copy of the GPX file for both routes, but also a sew on patch for your bag. As it’s a virtual event you can ride it as and when you like.
It goes without saying that if you do enter not only will you make our day, but you will do so at your own risk and we’re not responsible if you get yourself into a bit of a tangle. Please don’t ride like a melon, be nice to other trail users and smile at motorists !
