How much does shipping cost ?
For orders to the UK, there is a shipping charge for orders below £75 and free shipping for orders of £75 and above. (Just select Free Shipping as your shipping method).
Due to shipping costs, customs charges and processing delays we no longer normally ship outside of the UK.
How long do you take to ship items.
Most domestic orders are sent by Royal Mail. For large and bulky items we occasionally use alternative carriers. We aim to ship all orders received by 14:00 UK time out the same day (Monday – Friday).
Please note we are a very small business (of one person most of the time) that we occasionally are closed for holidays. We will endeavour to put a notice on our homepage if we are shut.
What size jersey should I buy ?
Jersey sizing varies from manufacturer to manufacturer and country to country. For example an Italian made size XL jersey can sometimes be the same size as a US size medium.
For our jerseys we put in the product description a guide to whether the manufacturers sizing is accurate.
How do I look after my jersey ?
We ride a lot and wash our own jerseys a lot as we don’t like to smell ! We recommend that jerseys are hand washed (or use the hand wash setting on your washing machine). If you must put them in the washing machine wash them at 30° C. Don’t use conditioner, don’t tumble dry them and don’t iron them – it sounds a faff but they do dry fairly quickly (even in Northern England in winter).
I’m not sure which size fits me ?
Buying clothes over the internet can be a bit of a guess as you cannot try them on. You are more than welcome to buy one of each size and send back the one you don’t want for a refund as long as the item is sent back in ‘as new’ condition and you are willing to pay the return postage.
What is your returns policy ?
We appreciate that some items are bought as presents and offer a 30 day returns period, starting from when you order the item. We only accept items back in the same state that we sent them. This includes and garment labels being still attached as unless the item you bought is defective we will put it up for sale again. Please note that this means that we will have to have received the item back within 30 days – not you have 30 days to think about sending it back.
Please e-mail us before sending your item back, so we can look out for it.
If you wish to exchange an item please contact us so we can put a replacement item on one side.
The invoice that is sent with your goods is also your returns slip so please include a copy of this when you return an item.
Please note that unless the item is defective you will have to pay the return postage.

We take payment by Paypal, Visa and Mastercard.
Our credit card payments are processed by Stripe on their secure server.
Paypal payments are taken via Paypal’s secure server.
We take internet security seriously and our site is PCI compliant.

Do you have a bricks and mortar store I can visit ?
We are primarily a mail order based business and do not have retail premises and have no facilities for customers to try gear on. Due to the current pandemic, to keep ourselves nice and safe, we’re not accepting visitors at the current time.
