How much does shipping cost ?
For orders to the UK, the delivery charge is £1.50 for orders below £20 and free shipping for orders of £20 and above. (Just select Free Shipping as your shipping method).
For international orders for addresses outside of the UK, the delivery charge is a flat rate of £5.
We send our orders by Royal Mail. All international orders are sent by airmail. We aim to ship all orders received by 15:00 UK time out the same day.
What is the quality of the vintage jerseys like ?
We hand pick all our jerseys, so that we get the best quality. Most of the jerseys we sell are used. As such, there may be a small amount of fabric wear and/or pulls. We try and list any visible defects such as these in the product description. All of our vintage jerseys are genuine – not modern reproductions.
What size jersey should I buy ?
Jersey sizing varies from manufacturer to manufacturer and country to country. For example an Italian made size XL jersey can sometimes be the same size as a US size medium. We reccomend that you go on the dimensions we have measured on the jersey and compare it to any jerseys that you may have already.
For our new replica jerseys we recommend that you buy a jersey at least one size bigger than your normal clothes size as they are a tight race fit.
How do I look after my jersey ?
We ride a lot and wash our own jerseys a lot as we don’t like to smell ! We recommend that jerseys are hand washed (or use the hand wash setting on your washing machine). If you must put them in the washing machine wash them at 30° C. Don’t use conditioner, don’t tumble dry them and don’t iron them – it sounds a faff but they do dry fairly quickly (even in Northern England in winter).
I’m not sure which size fits me ?
Buying clothes over the internet can be a bit of a guess as you cannot try them on. You are more than welcome to buy one of each size and send back the one you don’t want for a refund as long as the item is sent back in ‘as new’ condition and you are willing to pay the return postage.
What is your returns policy ?
We offer a 14 day returns period, starting from when you receive the item. We only accept items back in the same state that we sent them ! Please e-mail us before sending your item back, so we can look out for it and include a copy of any paperwork in with the item.
What payment methods do you offer ?
To keep life simple we use Paypal. For your security we only offer payment online.
For customers with internet banking we offer payment by direct (electronic) bank transfer.
Do you have a bricks and mortar store I can visit ?
We are a mail order based business and do not have retail premises and have no facilities for customers to try gear on.
